Are you insured and do you do criminal record checks?
Yes, we carry liability insurance and are covered by WCB. And have done criminal background check.
When is payment due?
Payment must be sent within 24hrs of being notified services are completed. Failure to comply will necessitate upfront payment for future appointments.
Where should pets be during our cleaning service?
We love pets, but to guarantee their comfort while we use our equipment and cleaning supplies, please place all pets in a kennel or in a room that we will not access during your cleaning prior to our arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your scheduled cleaning. A fee of 50% of your cleaning service will be charged for cancellations made after this period.
Do I need to be home for you to clean?
We kindly ask that the home be unoccupied during cleaning, as this allows us to work more efficiently. However, if you prefer to stay, we’re happy to accommodate as long as the areas being cleaned remain accessible.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, we bring all our own supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product request, you will need to provide it.
What if my house is really cluttered?
If your house is cluttered we kindly request that you clear away any clutter from countertops, floors, and furniture to help us clean more efficiently and make the best use of our time.
Can you use green products at my home?
We can definitely switch from our usual products to our eco-friendly options upon request. We offer Natura Solution Products and Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day as part of our green line for your selection.
Do you clean litter boxes?
No, we do not clean litter boxes or other biohazards. We will sweep or vacuum and mop around them as long as it's not excessive.
Should I start with a deep clean?
We do suggest beginning with a thorough deep clean to ensure every nook is revitalized for a fresh start. Following that, we can maintain your home’s shine with an Essential clean. Ultimately, the choice is yours! We are here to accommodate whatever best fits your needs and circumstances.
Need a last minute clean?
For last-minute cleaning services requested within 24 hours, we provide them for an additional fee of $50 on top of the standard hourly rate (minimum of 3 hours required). A deposit of 50% of the total service cost is necessary to confirm your booking.
